Pamela Harrigan-Young is a passionate advocate and educator. As an attorney and CPA, she raises awareness about Wills and Trusts, Long-term Care planning, Heirs’ Property, and Tax planning. Pamela Harrigan-Young earned her undergraduate degree in accounting with highest honors from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She began her career as a CPA, gaining experience in both public accounting and private industry before pursuing a law degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
After law school, she worked at a Raleigh-based law firm specializing in estate planning, and tax return preparation. In 2012, she founded The Law Office of PamelaHarrigan-Young, PLLC Pamela Harrigan-Young, CPA, and Legacy Insurance Agency. As a solo practitioner, she focuses on estate planning, probate administration, elder law, and heirs’ property matters. Through her CPA firm, she provides tax planning, preparation, and resolution services. As an insurance agent, she educates clients about the importance of insurance as a generational wealth building tool.
